Andrew O. Montz, M.D.

          Upon graduating from the University of New Orleans, Dr. Montz earned his medical degree at the Louisiana State University Medical Center.  After completing his internship and residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, he practiced at the Women's Medical Center in Gretna, Louisiana.  He later moved to New Orleans East where he served the community in private practice for seven years before joining the Women's Health Center.  He is an active staff member of Lakeland Medical Center and Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital.  Dr. Montz is a member of the Orleans Parish Medical Society, the New Orleans OB/GYN Society, and the Louisiana State Medical Society.  He received board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in November 1995.

          Dr. Montz has served as Chairman of the Bylaws Committee, Chairman of the Credentials Committee, Chief of Staff, and on the Medical Executive Committee at Lakeland Medical Center.
